One thing that was interesting about this zoo was how they separated the animals...
The monkeys on the left side of the picture are different than the monkey who is in the center of the picture..

There was some gate that was underwater, that separated the two species... And the rocks were a little too far for the monkeys to jump across.. I guess...

There are fat squirrels at zoos world wide, so it seems!

Another thing that was really neat about this zoo, was that the only animal that had exclusively glass viewing areas (that were outside) was the lion! Every other animal could potentially get out, and there was no netting or glass between you and the animal.. It was really cool!

This guy, along with a deer, and a crazy ass bird were all in the same area as the Tapir
I guess the Leopard had netting as well as glass, but still cool!

Literally 30 feet from a live Tiger, with no glass between us!
It was amazing!
So the zoo plays this loud soundtrack with elephant noises and lion roars..
And the elephants do this neat little pose..
Except the elephant in the back didn't quite get that you were supposed to grab the other elephants foot....
It was interesting to say the least...
I don't think many people can say they have seen an EJ..

This giraffe was especially interesting because his colours were so different from the rest!
Right after I took this picture I looked to my left and spotted the Zebra area...
I ran right over there!

There were like 30 zebras, just chilling around... A few antelopes chilling with them...
I got my picture all focused and set...
I pressed the button..
